Open 365 days a year, MADA’s main cafeteria serves meals three times daily, erasing the “soup kitchen” stigma and replacing it with a dignified venue for patrons to eat, socialize and network.
Volunteers serve the meals directly to the diners’ tables. Our nutritious and home-style food is served on porcelain dishes and attractive Oneida flatware. In 2010, our on-site cafeteria served over 146,000 meals. MADA also added three satellite cafeteria locations to our meal services.
