Food Service Director

  • Planning, supervising, coordinating, and directing all three components of the food service operations at MADA: Food Bank, Kitchen, and Warehouse as well as managing the procurement department.

  • Oversee Food Bank manager in managing inventory in the food bank, order management,  staff and volunteers, order distribution (in house and delivery), quality control, protection of assets. Ensure new products are added to order form and old ones are removed. Ensure order forms go out on time on a monthly basis.

  • Oversee the Kitchen Manager in all his tasks which include preparation and distribution of meals, meal scheduling, managing staff, cleanliness, safety  and Kashrut.

  • Oversee the Warehouse Manager in all his tasks including Inventory management, receiving and shipping, order management, manage staff, health and safety, processes and procedures, quality control, kashrut.
